Our houses are made of slow grown spruce from Lithuania. Products are untreated and require treatment upon delivery and at least every two years subsequently for warranty to be valid. Price includes delivery, wooden structure, wooden doors and windows (double glazed), assembly kit, assembly instructions. The price DOES NOT include installation, insulation, roofing material, electrical and water installations, bathroom, kitchen.

To order a 30% deposit (including DDC) is required with the balance payable prior to shipping. Production lead time is approximately six to eight weeks. Delivery time is approximately one to two weeks. Goods are insured by Tiny Homes during transit. An estimated delivery cost will be provided at the time of reservation, however, the final price may vary for reasons beyond our control (prices may go down as well as up) and will be confirmed at the time of shipping.
We are confident you will enjoy our products for many years to come. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information prior to ordering; however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or change your mind we will refund in the following circumstances:

Deposits are only refundable prior to delivery if the Company is unable to fulfil the order within four months of ordering or if there are significant changes to the price of the product after ordering.

For 14 days after delivery, refunds can be made in the following cases:

If the product is faulty or misdescribed. No attempt to assemble the product must be made and the entire product must be returned to us in the same packaging in which it was delivered. In these circumstances the Company will make every effort to remedy the problem prior to refund being made.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the product by the payment method originally used.

Important: the fourteen day cooling off period only applies to standard products. No refund will be made for bespoke products.
Once the balance of payment is received we will arrange to ship your order as soon as possible. In order to save costs to the Customer the Company reserves the right to delay shipment to consolidate orders for up to one week. In circumstances where there may be savings to the Customer if shipment is delayed for more than one week the Company will consult with the Customer. The Company insures the goods during transit to the Company’s base at Onyx Garage, Veliko Tarnovo and for onward shipping to the Customer’s delivery address.For further information please ask for a copy of our Terms & Conditions.
