How long will I have to wait for my Tiny Home?

Production time is usually six to eight weeks although factory shutdowns over Christmas and in the summer can mean that production takes longer. Once the house is ready to ship the exact shipping amount is calculated (we provide you with an estimate at the time of ordering), the shipping cost and balance of the payment on the house is made and the house is shipped, usually another one or two weeks. The house will arrive at our base in Veliko Tarnovo and we will either ship to your address (this cost is included in the price) or you can arrange to collect.

How difficult is it to build my Tiny Home?

The Tiny Home will arrive flat packed with everything you need to construct the wooden structure inside. It is extremely important to keep the wood dry and out of direct sunlight before you treat it with anti fungal treatment and varnish. Each component - wood, windows, doors - are clearly labelled and instructions are also included. You do not need to be a professional carpenter or builder to construct these houses - all you need is basic equipment such as a drill, ladders etc as the wood is machined to slot together and only needs to be secured. You can use any kind of foundation you like; we supply ground screws but there are other options and ground screws are not suitable for every soil type. We strongly advise that you carry out soil testing and surveying before you begin your project, no matter what type of foundation you choose. Once you have built the wooden structure you can choose how you want your water and electricity installations to be, what kind of roofing material you want to use etc.

Do I need planning permission for my Tiny Home?

Yes, you will need planning permission for your Tiny Home, especially if you need to connect water and electricity. We will provide you with all architectural drawings and documentation necessary for this process.

What is included with the Tiny Home?

The wooden structure, wooden double-glazed doors and windows, fixings and the instructions are included with your Tiny Home. We do not supply insulation or roofing materials.

What is the Tiny Home made of?

Our Tiny Homes are made of slow-grown spruce from Lithuania. We have a range of wood thickness options - 28mm for kiosks and our smallest products, 34mm and 44mm as standard for our mid-range houses and 66m and 44 + 44mm for extra strength and insulation. Each house comes with a standard specification as seen on our website; however, if you have specific requirements please ask us. We are also able to change the interior layouts or adjust the size of your chosen model on request. If you have an idea in mind please ask us and we will be happy to give you a quote.

What warranty do you provide for the Tiny Home?

For 34, 44 and 66mm thicknesses we provide a ten year anti rot warranty. For 28mm structures it is a five year warranty. However, in the event of a claim date-stamped photographic evidence must be provided showing that the house has been treated with anti-fungal treatment and varnished at least every two years for the warranty to be valid.
